What is WOW!HR?
WOW!HR is a large international event in the field of human resources management. It has been hosted HR specialists from Russia, Armenia, Central Asia and GCC regions since 2015. The event includes an Awards Ceremony to honor HR excellence, enlightening Conference Sessions featuring industry leaders, an Expo showcasing HR solutions, valuable Partnership & Networking Opportunities for hands-on learning and a platform for Inspiration & Recognition of HR achievements.
About the Conference
It is a platform for an easy and transparent experience exchange, where experts share their knowledge and convey modern ideas to the audience, while nominees present their newest HR projects and show off their achievements.

Project nomination
You can apply for participation until November 10, 2024. So, you have left:
Tell people about your project. Big companies, original and young startups, creative teams - all those interested will find a perfect nomination to participate

Project presentation
will take place on November 22, 2024
We:
— will help “to pack” the project,
— will prepare text and video material about your HR-case,
— will provide a coach to work with on your performance.
And you will successfully present your project at the #WOWHR conference.
More than 700,000 HR specialists and representatives of the community will learn about your project.

Transparent voting system
Voting is divided into 2 steps:
Step 1. When the presentation process is over nominees take bulletins for secret ballot. Only those who attended all the presentations are allowed to vote.
Step 2. Visitors can also take part in voting if they registered and are present at the event at the end of the case presentation.
We use special formula to calculate the results:

HOW TO APPLY?
You need to download and fill in the application (find the "Apply for participation" button on the site first page), send it via our page or wowhr@wowgroup.org. We will contact you after receiving the application, then we will pass it on to our organizing committee for approval. Our team will give you feedback on the application and then we launch the workflow. After confirmation, your project/s will be accepted and you will be provided with services that are included in the nominee package (see the paragraph "What does the registration fee include?").
